Update on shipping to the USA

Hello everyone.

I've just been informed by Aus Post, the local mail provider that I and many other Australian business' use to ship items, has suspended retail postage to the USA. This is due to new requirements brought in by the US government, including the total removal of a minimum value threshold on taxable goods and having to have all taxes and duties paid upfront. Currently many online retail platforms and logistics providers don't have a way of implimenting these process', and have such paused consumer goods shipments into the US while they all scramble to find a solution.

Speaking frankly for a moment, this situation is ridiculous and completely unnessecary. The expectations and requirements placed by the US government on foreign business', logistics companies, and US consumers are simply unreasonable. I don't wish to punish US customers as you all are a huge part of what helped this business as well as my Youtube channel, so at this point I don't intend to indefinitely cease trade with US based customers. To be honest though, I'm not exactly tripping over myself finding a solution in the short term. When I've gotten more info from Aus Post I will consider options moving forward.

For the time being, I have to pause shipments to the US. There should be no issues on orders that I've already sent.
