Products we produce from hard acrylic that are designed to mate with the official bases for X-wing (or other similar games) have known compatibility issues with the official components due to variations with manufacturing tolerances of the original components. Some official bases will accept these components snugly, while others may be too tight for them to slot together, and others still may be far too loose. Original bases also have a tendency to shrink and bow over time, which leads ship tokens to sit proud at it's edges in some cases. All of these issues can be remedied with some basic hobby tools, instructions are included on this site here.

These universal ship tokens are designed to cut down on the need to store and organise large collections of ship tokens with names units. Once you have enough universal ship tokens of each size that matches the most amount of units you'd ever field in those sizes, they can stay on hand in your gaming bag while that giant collection of cardboard can stay at home in the cupboard!

These are constructed from machine cut and engraved acrylic. The line work is hand painted. No other details are added, so you won't be able to see the unit name or initiative by looking at the token. Use ship markers to indicate which unit is which.
